软土地区框架结构别墅基础优化设计

摘    要:联排或独栋别墅项目基础造价往往比一般多层住宅高得多,与基础选型、桩基选择等许多因素都有关,很多时候也与设计方法有关。本文以某工程实例阐述软土地区框架结构别墅项目合理基础形式选择的方法,通过对比发现,对于浅层较为软弱的地基,当采用天然地基沉降过大时,采用沉降控制复合桩基方案一方面可以减少沉降,另一方面也可控制基础造价。通过有限元底板受力分析,合理控制天然地基承担比例,不会增加底板造价。对比结果打破常规框架结构不宜设计复合桩基方案的认识,对于类似工程有一定借鉴意义。
