电沉积镍—钴—磷合金析氢反应电催化行为的研究

摘    要:采用电沉积法制得镍钴和镍-钴-磷合金,测量了其作为阴极在1M氢氧化钾溶液中的极化曲线以研究其催化化活性。实验发现,与镍电极相比,镍钴合金镍-钴-磷合金的析氢电位正移,其中,镍-钴-磷保金析氢电位正移200多毫伏。此外,还通过扫描电镜试验和镀层成分分析从理论上探讨了磷元素对其析氢催化活性的影响。结果表明,镍-钴-磷合金具有较高的析氢催化活性,有利于降低槽压,减少能耗。

Abstract:Nickel - cobalt and nickel - cobalt - phosphorus alloys were prepared by electrodeposition. Electrocatalytic behaviors of hydrogen evolution on the obtained alloy deposits were studied with cathodic polarization curves in 1 mol/L potassium hydroxide solution. Hydrogen evolution potential on the cathode of nickel - cobalt and nickel - cobalt - phosphorus alloy moved positively compared with nickel cathode with that of nickelcobalt - phosphorus moved over 200 mV. The effect of phosphorus on the electrochemical catalytic behavior of hydrogen evolution was also studied by means of SEM and composition analysis. Nickel - cobalt - phosphorus alloy was proved with high catalytic activity of hydrogen evolution which can reduce the bath voltage and energy loss during electrolysis of sodium chloride.
