| 摘 要： | 概述了谷维素的营养价值,并通过生产实践对比,详细叙述了物理精炼法生产富含谷维素米糠油工艺中各工序的操作过程、参数、设备等,给出了检测方法及详细的检测结果.生产的成品油符合国家四级米糠油标准,并保留了米糠油中谷维素等主要营养成分,其氧化稳定性显著提高.

| Abstract: | After reviewing the nutritional value of oryzanol,the technical method of producing refined rice bran oil rich in oryzanol by physical refining technology was described.The product of refined rice bran oil can thoroughly reach the standard of the fourth class oil(China standards GB 19112-2003).And more than 82% oryzanol was remained in the refined rice bran oil. |
