摘    要:利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D有限元分析软件,对相同材料、相同结构的陶瓷球形破片,在不同初速条件下对25 mm松木靶和后效硬铝靶的侵彻性能进行了数值模拟和对比分析,并做了相应的实验.结果表明初速度是影响陶瓷破片毁伤效能的重要因素之一.随着破片初速度的减小,破片的穿透能力大幅度下降,因此可以通过控制破片初速度限制其有...

Abstract:Using the Ansys/Lsdyna3D finite element analysis software, numerical simulate and analysis the performance of ceramic ball penetrating the 25mm Pine wood and aftereffects hard aluminum same material, the same structure ceramic spherical fragments and the different velocity conditi target, at the ons,and made the corresponding experiment. Results show that the initial velocity is one of the important factors effecting mutilating ability of ceramic fragments. With the decreasing of the initial velocity of fragments, penetration ability of the fragments is also drastically decrease. By controlling the initial velocity of fragments can limit its extent of the effectively damaging. And the purpose of human body with low incidental mutilated ,non-lethal or minor injuries can be achieved, and can prevent to damage some mechanical equipments
