Abstract:The armrest base stress is more complex, armrest base are to force analysis, helped select material selection and bolt verify whether good is very important. 45° to the base by armrest direction and vertica direction of force on 2500 kN, then to the force and bolt stress analysis. In the course of the study, first applied finite element analysis technology (ANSYS) on the armrest base analyzing the force, verily its selection HouGang resistance is meet the design requirements, and application of the theory of bolt bolts tensile strength, shear strength, extruding strength calculation and analysis, to demonstrate bolt is to meet the requirements of the force.
