摘    要:从钢丝绳制造和使用2个方面分析影响钢丝绳使用寿命的各种因素.制造过程影响钢丝绳使用寿命的因素:绳芯支撑不足、缺丝、凸丝、钢丝绳有应力;改进措施:金属芯直径应比主股直径大15%~20%,修补钢丝绳中断丝,合理使用变形器,钢丝张力保持一致,中心丝放大量约0.15 mm,股的变形率为85% ~ 95%.使用过程影响钢丝绳使用...

Abstract:To analyse all reasons that effect steel wire rope' s service life through steel wire rope' s manufacture and usage. The reason of manufacture process effects steel wire rope's service life is :rope core does not have enough stand, lacking of wire, bulge wire, steel wire rope has stress ; improving measures : the diameter of metal core should bigger than main strand as 15% - 20%, to mend the broken wire in the steel wire rope, to use deformer reasonably, and tension of steel wire ropes stay the same, central wire' s enlarging data is 0.15 mm, strand' s deformation rate is 85% -95%. The factors of effecting steel wire rope's service life during process are:broken wire, broken strand, deforming; improving measure: to cut the broken part and re-set up, to check rope wheel' s protector and guide pulley, the radius of sheave' s groove should be 0. 525 -0. 550 times of steel wire rope' s nominal diameter, steel wire rope should keep a normal raising speed, do not randomly pick up rope in case of making a knot, to avoid of mechanical extrusion, overloading and steel wire rope' s jumping.
