脱硫系统GGH堵塞原因分析及对策

摘    要:针对黄金埠发电厂脱硫系统GGH堵塞严重,差压长期较高,引起增压风机抢风等实际情况,分析认为GGH堵塞的主要原因是吹扫蒸汽参数未达到设计要求、电除尘电场故障率高引起粉尘浓度高、长期燃用高硫分高灰分煤种等,从而提出了优化吹扫蒸汽参数、提高电除尘效率,控制吸收塔液位等措施,有效降低GGH差压,避免GGH再次堵塞.

Abstract:Turbo fan robbing wind is casued by GGH jam and differential pressure . There are three reasons for it: purging steam parameters didn't meet the design requirements, the ash high failure rate caused by electric dust density high, high burning high sulfur long-term caused by ash coal. Therefore, measures are proposed to prevent GGH jam: optimizing Durging steam parameters and imDroving the ash efficiency.
