某型叉车悬置支架的刚度分析

摘    要:动力总成悬置支架的刚度对减振垫的隔振性能有一定影响。设计的悬置支架需要有足够的刚度,支架的刚度可用一阶模态的固有频率大小来评估。文中以某型叉车支架作为研究对象,通过有限元计算支架的模态,发现一阶固有频率偏低,改进提高一阶固有频率后,将两种支架分别安装并测试支架的振动和减振垫的传递率。结果表明支架刚度的提高降低了传递率,并改善了振动情况。

Abstract:The power-train mount bracket affect the vibration isolation of the shake cushion. The rigidity of mount bracket is needed, the value of bracket can be assessed in the first natural frequency. To take the bracket of a fork for an example, when the mode of bracket is computed, we found that the first natural frequency is lower. Boost an rigidity of bracket and mount the two bracket on the fork, the result of testing takes on that the vibration of bracket and transfer rate of the shake cushion come down.
