在工程量清单计价条件下的投资审核

工程量清单计价是我国工程建设领域为了与国际惯例接轨在招标投标过程中引入的工程造价计价方式,与之相适应的投资审核也是一个新的课题。文中就投资审核应在工程招标投标阶段及时介入及其审核重点、竣工决算投资审核应注意的几个方面提出了自己的一些观点和建议。

On Investment Examination under the Condition of Valuation Based on Project Quantity Bill

The valuation based on the project quantity bill is one kind of pattern to value the construction cost of project,which is imported in process of invitation for bid and bidding in our country's construction area in order to realize project valuation compatible with internationally accepted practice.The investment examination corresponded to this pattern has become a new task.In this paper,the author states himself opinion that the investment examination must timely intervence in the period of invitation for bid and bidding,puts forward the key points of examination in this period,and presentes some matters needing attention to examinate final accounts of project.
