摘 要: | 共轨喷油器衔铁的行程直接影响到喷油器多项性能指标,然而,影响喷油器衔铁行程的因素很多,在试验的基础上,提出了采用行程-电感法来测控喷油器衔铁行程,对该方法的工作原理、测量装置做了详细的介绍,对试验结果进行的分析表明,用电感法测控衔铁行程其准确率可达98%以上.

Abstract: | A number of performance indicators of common rail injector are affected directly by armature stroke of injector assembly, and armature stroke of injector are influenced by many factors . Armature stroke was measured on the basis of " stroke - inductance" method, and working principle, measuring device of this method were introduced in this paper. The testing results showed that accura- cy could rate up to 98% through inductance method to control armature stroke. |
