高等教育自主何以可能?

摘    要:学术的“自由、自治、中立”是高等教育自主的核心内涵和终极追求。高等教育自主,既非空穴来风,亦非主观臆造,更不是不可实现的空想。从历史和逻辑相统一的视域看,高等教育系统通过展示自己所拥有的独特资源——文化资源的三重价值属性,为自身的自主构建了本体性基础、制度性基础以及社会心理基础,从而在必要的范围内富有策略地维护和捍卫了虽有限但真实的自主地位和自由空间。

Abstract:Academic freedom,academic autonomy and academic neutrality are the essential connotation of self-determination of higher education.For higher education,self-determination neither is a dream,nor is purely fabricated;it is just a result coming from a series of struggles making out by higher education system itself.Through these struggles,higher education system successfully exerts three kinds of values of culture resource,and establishes noumenon foundation,disciplinary foundation,and psychological foundation for its limited but real self-determination.
