| Abstract: | Language accuracy is the life and soul in legal English.However,accuracy and fuzziness are contradictory in nature but exist side by side in legal English and play a part together in the legal practice,forming the dual features of legal English Therefore,Such legal language phenomena should be dialectically analyzed and used properly in order to achieve the legal purposes to the maximum. |
