沉淀硫酸钡粉体流动性及影响因素分析

摘    要:以芒硝-硫化钡法工业化生产的沉淀硫酸钡为对象,在对普钡、超细钡和精细钡粉体的流动性指数进行测试的基础上,分析了影响沉淀硫酸钡粉体流动性能的主要因素,并着重分析了沉淀硫酸钡粉体受压缩时颗粒间范德华力的变化对流动性的影响,得出了内聚力以压缩率的平方递增的关系。

Abstract:Taking precipitated barium sulfate produced by mirabilite-barium sulfide method as subject of study,on the basis of determination of fluidity of common,fine and ultrafine barium sulfate powder,the main factors of effecting on the fluidity of the product are analyzed.The influence of fluidity of the product with the change of Vander Woals force between the particle has been emphatically analyzed as the precipitated BaSO_4 powder being compressed.It is concluded that the increase of the cohesive force of the particle has a square relationship to the compressing rate of the particle.
