摘    要:在大宗电量交易中,购售电各方需要计算出计量装置的综合误差并以此进行相应的电量修正,但是对综合误差结果的不确定度往往没有相关的分析,这可能导致电量交易存在未知的不确定性.以500 kV钦州电厂1号主变压器侧上网电能计量装置综合误差的不确定度分析为例,阐述了不确定性分析的过程和步骤,最终的分析结果有助于判定计量装置的误差性...

Abstract:The comprehensive error of metering device need to be calculated by energy buyer and seller for energy correction in block energy trading.But the uncertainty of the comprehensive error result is not analyzed which lead to the unknown uncertainty in energy trading.With the uncertainty analysis of comprehensive error of metering device on N0.1 main transformer in 500kV Qinzhou power plant as an example,the process and step of uncertainty analysis are described.The result of uncertainty analysis is helpful to ...
