| 摘 要： | 玉林市苏烟生态清洁型小流域试点工程作为全国首批水土保持生态清洁型小流域试点工程在广西的唯一项目,按照国家实施生态清洁型小流域的治理原则,以农村＂生产发展、村容整治＂为切入点,通过对小流域山、水、田、林、路的综合治理,对促进当地经济发展、构建和谐生态建设有着十分重要的意义。
