我国钻机技术进步与“十一五”发展的思考

在总结我国石油钻机技术现状,肯定“十五”期间我国石油钻机发展所取得成绩的同时,分析了我国钻机技术与国外存在的差距。预测了我国钻机技术的发展趋势,提出了“十一五”期间的发展思考。指出我国钻机制造业发展必须依靠技术进步,在当前市场条件下,实现钻机制造业大国向强国的转变,必须寻求关键技术突破,加强钻机技术的集成,开发足够引导消费的新产品,以全面增强参与国际高端钻井装备市场的竞争能力。

Remarks on advances in drilling rig manufacturing and development during the period of 11th Five-year Plan in China

Technical situation of oil drilling rigs in China is summed up,at the same time the achievements made in the development of China's oil drilling rigs during the period of 10 * Five-year Plan are affirmed,and the difference of drilling rig technologies between China and foreign countries is analyzed. The tendency of China's rig technology is predicted. The consideration of its development during the period of 11th Five-year Plan is proposed. It is pointed out that the development of China's rig manufacturing industry shall rely on technological advance; under the present market condition,the implementation of changing to powerful rig manufacturing state from large rig manufacturing state should seek for critical technical breakthrough,strengthen the integration of drilling rig technology,and develop sufficient new products for guiding the consumption for the purpose of enhancing the ability for competition in high-tech drilling equipment market.
