基于DSP的振动主动控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了阻尼元件与压电陶瓷作动器相结合的主被动混合振动控制系统,讨论了以定点数字信号处理器TMS320F240为核心的数字控制硬件系统的构成以及A/D,D/A等外围电路的设计,并给出了软件设计流程。实验表明,以TMS320F240为核心的数字控制系统不仅能够满足实时控制的要求,而且易于实现各种先进的控制策略。

Abstract:The active and passive hybrid vibration isolation system is introduced, which is composed of the damp element and piezoelectric actuators. The hardware of a digital controller system based on a fixed point digital signal processor TMS320F240, as well as an A/D and D/A converter is presented; Besides a software design flow is shown. The experiment shows that the hardware based on TMS320F240 can meet the requirements of a real time control system, and it is very convenient to use in any advanced control strategy.
