摘    要:刮板作为后装式垃圾压缩车的关键部件,它的性能对压缩过程有着重要的影响。运用ADAMS柔性体理论,对刮板机构建立刚柔耦合模型,得到其载荷信息并转入ANSYS中进行结构有限元分析,对其在三种工况下的受力进行了静力学分析,获得了该结构的应力及变形分布,为后装式压缩垃圾车的结构改进与优化设计打下了基础。

Abstract:As compactor board is an key component in truck-mounted garbage compression,it's performance plays an very significant impact in the process of compression.It uses ADAMS flexible body theory to establish a rigid-flexible coupled model of compactor board.Then it can obtain its load information and put such information into ANSYS to make finite element analysis.Then it carried out static analysis of such model in three different working conditions and got the stress and deformation distribution of this struct...
