聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺纤维应用改性研究

摘    要:聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺纤维(PPTA)是由液晶溶液制得的高强、高模、耐高温的高科技纤维。简要介绍了高强、高模PPTA纤维的工艺改性技术;重点介绍了功能化PfrrA纤维的改性,包括PPTA纤维的粘合性能,易染耐光及耐候性的改善,纤维的应用性、柔软性、导电性、抗静电性、光热稳定性的改善。

Abstract:p -Phenylene terephthalamid (PPTA) fiber is a fiber with high intension , high modulus and heat -resistance which was produced through liquid crystal solution, thus is the most important high -tech fiber currently. Modification of PPTA fiber through technique was simply introduced. The focus was on functional modification. The properties such as adhesivity, dyeing behaviour, and sunlight resistance were improved.The behaviours in application, softness, conductivity, antistatic property, light and heat resistance were also improved.
