摘    要:利用自行设计制造的剪切拉伸双向复合应力场挤管装置生产出了双向增强的高密度聚乙烯/聚丙烯/短玻璃纤维(PE-HD/PP/SGF)管材,研究分析了该装置中剪切套筒的旋转转速和剪切应力场段的温度对体系分子取向的影响。结果表明,剪切拉伸双向复合应力场挤管装置中剪切套筒旋转转速的有效形成可有效促进PE-HD/PP/SGF体系分子的取向,改善体系分子的取向度,但随着该转速的加快和该装置剪切应力场段温度的升高,PE-HD/PP/SGF体系分子的取向改善逐渐变弱,而解取向效应变得更加严重。

Abstract:By pipe-extrusion die with shearing-drawing two-dimensional compound stress field developed by the authors,two-dimensional reinforcement high-density polyethylene/polypropylene/short glass fiber(PE-HD/PP/SGF) pipes were extruded.The molecular orientation of the pipes was affected by the rotate speed of shearing sleeve and temperature of shearing stress field.It was indicated that the molecular orientation of PE-HD/PP/SGF pipes was improved by the circumrotation of shearing sleeve.But the improvement died down gradually along with the rise of the rotate speed and the temperature.The molecular disorientation of the pipes became more serious simultaneously.
