摘    要:焊接结构是反应器总体结构设计中的一个重要环节。某些应力较复杂的焊接接头区域,容易发生缺陷。壳体的纵向和环向焊接接头、接管与壳体的连接部位、裙座与壳体的连接部位、以及内件支撑圈等部位的焊接结构设计,应以反应器的操作环境和整体结构为前提,综合考虑设备的重要性、安全性和经济性等各方面的因素。

Abstract:The welding structure is the important link in designing overall structure of reactor.In some welding joint area with relatively complicated stress is easy to occure defect.The welding structure design of shell longitudinal and circumference welding joint,welding joint between shell and nozzle,welding joint between shell and skirt and welding joint of internals suport ring,etc.Should consider the factors in the fields of importance,safety and economy of reactor.The reactor oprating data and overall structure should be the precondition.
