摘    要:在对市场宏观形势分析的基础上,从零售经营和直销批发经营两个方面对成品油销售企业的经营战略进行了阐述,认为成品油销售企业随着终端销售网点和品牌竞争的日趋激烈,要保持和增强市场占有率,必须提升营销、服务等品牌内涵,取得长久的竞争优势,制定出切实可行的经营战略,走向可持续发展之路。

Abstract:With the increasingly fierce competition among retail points and brands, the product oil sales enterprises, which intended to keep and intensify market share, should improve brand intension of marketing and service, acquire long- term competitive advantage, create practical marketing strategy, move forward to sustainable development, The marketing strategy of product oil sales enterprises was described from the aspects of retailing management mode ahd wholesale marketing.
