应用油罐液位自动计量系统应注意的几个问题

简要介绍了目前常用的几种类型油罐液位计的原理，针对液位计应用中容易出现的安装质量、调试工作不到位、集成商与供应商的选择，后期维护和油库技术力量不足造成对液位计正常使用的影响等问题，提出了规范液位计选型、严格控制工程质量、规范液位计的调试程序和售后服务，以及加强专业技术队伍建设等应对措施。

Several Problems of Liquid Level Automatic Metering System in Oil Tanker

The principle of several common-used types of oil tanker liquid level gauges were introduced briefly, and the problems in the application of liquid level gauges were analyzed including： quality problem of installation, metering accuracy affected by improper commissioning, selection of integrators and vendors, and liquid level gauges application problems caused by insufficient after-maintenance and oil depot technical staff. According to above-mentioned problems, the measures including regulating the selection of liquid level gauge, controlling strictly project quality, regulating commission program and after service of liquid level gauge, and strengthening technical team construction were proposed.
