| 摘 要： | 生产实习是高校教育的重要环节,它是连接理论教学和工作实践的桥梁.针对生产实习要完成的一次性、独特性的任务,将项目管理的基本思想引入实践教学环节,通过项目管理四步法的实施,对生产实习进行改革,增强实习环节的可操作性和可控性,以有效实现生产实习的最终目的.

| Abstract: | Production practice is one of the most important links in the higher education, as itb the bridge between the knowledge teaching and working practice. To complete the temporary and unique task, we introduce the idea of project management into practice education. We reform the production practice to make it more exercisable and controllable, and accomplish its final objective by implementing the four - step model of project management. |
