La0.67Ca0.33CoO3的结构和磁电阻效应研究

摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了La0.67Ca0.33CoO3样品,利用X射线衍射和磁电阻测量,对样品进行了结构和磁电阻效应的研究。结构研究表明样品呈现十分优异的单相性。电阻测量表明在H=0 T和H=0.3 T的磁场下,样品电阻值都随着温度的降低急剧增大。样品在H=0.3 T的磁场下在T<20 K时,呈现正的磁电阻效应,最高达21%,在20 K

Abstract:The structure and magnetoresistance of the samples prepared by the sol-gel method was studied.A perfect single phase was observed by X-ray diffraction.The insulated phenomena was observed by the resistance measurement at magnetic field H=0 T and H=0.3 T.A positive magnetoresistance of the samples at T<20 K was observed reaching 21%,and a negative magnetoresistance at 20 K
