CO2焊机智能波形控制器的研究

摘    要:研制了智能型的CO2焊波控器,其波控电路是与焊接电弧并联的IGBT分流开关电路。此电路在微机系统实时控制下,能对CO2焊短路电流进行局部削波,起到定量控制短路电流波形的作用。本文对智能波控器的工作过程、波控规律及主要控制参数进行了深入分析,并提出了CO2焊熔滴短路过渡末期和重新燃弧初期进行组合波控的智能波控模式。

Abstract:An intelligent controller of CO 2 welding current waveform has been developed. Its main circuit is an IGBT shunt switching circuit in parallel with the welding arc. During the short circuit period of CO 2 welding, under the real-time control of a microcomputer system, the IGBT circuit can cut off partial current wave and realize a quantitative control of welding current waveform. In this paper,the operation procedure,control rule and main parameters of the intelligent controller have been analyzed in detail. An intelligent control mode has been presented which can control the current waveform both in the ending moment of the short-circuit and the re-striking moment of the arc to effectively decrease the current peak and its impacting action.
