摘 要: | 文中针对浮法玻璃在线检测系统核心部分--气电测厚部件进行研究。运用控制论方法,建立了气电测厚部件的动态数学模型。以系统性能达到最优为目标,分析提出并联校正方案,设计改进后的气电测厚部件,并总结出并联校正元件的设计准则。

Study and Design on Pneumatic and Electronic Thickness Probe |

Abstract: | In this paper, the pneumatic and electronic thickness probe which is the central part of the on-line thickness system of the floating process flat glass is studied. By means of control theories, its dynamic model is established. At the aim of getting optimum function of the system,the parallel adjusting method is put forward, then the improved structure of the device is designed, in which the parallel adjusting part's design criteria is concluded. |
