| Abstract: | This article presents the current situation and issues in English basic educating in China. It also tries to explore how Cooperative Learning can be implemented in SEFC teaching in China. The study indicates that learners in experimental group tend to be more self-confident and benefit a lot from it and have a further study space beyond the teaching in class. |
