基于ADAMS的钻机卡盘2种增力机构的仿真分析

摘    要:介绍了钻机卡盘2种增力机构—斜面式和连杆式増力机构的结构和工作原理。利用多体系统动力学理论,在ADAMS中建立了2种増力机构虚拟样机,并对2种増力机构的夹持效果进行了动态仿真分析。通过仿真得到关键量参数及其变化曲线,依据仿真结果分析出2种机构传动特点,为钻机卡盘増力机构的设计和选择提供了依据。

Simulation Analysis of Two Kinds of Force-enhancing Mechanisms of Drill Chuck Based on ADAMS
Abstract:The taper and connecting-rod mechanisms are used as force-enhancing mechanisms of drill chuck.The structures and working principles of the two kinds of force-enhancing mechanisms were introduced.With the dynamics theories of multi-body system,the virtual sample machines of two kinds of force-enhancing mechanisms were set up in ADAMS and carried out dynamic simulation analysis of function.The key parameters and their curves were got by the simulation.According to the results of simulation,the transmission characteristics of the two kinds of mechanisms were obtained in order to provide basics for the design and selection of force-enhancing mechanisms of drill chuck.
