Research Summary of Urban Form in Western Architecture Field

Urban form is the external expression of the city's complexity.It has attacked much interest form different majors,Geography,Architecture,City planning,and Sociology.This paper introduces Italy-France urban form research with the architecture background,and the International Seminar on this field.Consequently,the main study methods of urban form and the potential research direction are pointed out.
