摘    要:配电网发生故障后 ,调度员如何尽快对故障进行定位与隔离至关重要。文中论述了一种能适用于不同配电网络结构的故障定位混合算法。该算法由模糊推理算法和基于启发性规则的专家系统算法两种子算法组成 ,并能根据所获取的不同故障信息选择相应的子算法。由于两种子算法都是建立在启发性规则上 ,不需进行一些繁琐计算 ,从而大大缩短了故障定位与隔离的时间

Abstract:When a fault takes place in a distribution network. it's vital for dispatchers to locate the fault as soon as possible.For this purpose, a compound algorithm is proposed appropriate for different distribution networks. It's composed of fuzzydeduction algorithm and expert system algorithm based on heuristic rules. By this compound algorithm, the appropriatealgorithm can be chosen according to the different fault information obtained. Because the two algorithms are based on someheuristic rules. it's unnecessary to undertake some complicated calculation, resulting in the great saving of time for faultlocation and isolation.
