摘    要:通过对当前矿井普通PVG胶带金属接头检查方式不足的现状分析,提出了一套全新的抓拍及自动分析处理的动态监测方案,较好的解决了传统人工监测的缺陷,提高了煤矿皮带机运输设备安全监测水平。

Abstract:By the status analysis for the insufficient ways of checking for metal connectors of the ordinary PVG belt conveyors being used in the mines right now,a brand new dynamic monitoring program for capture and automatic analysis processing is proposed in this paper,which is a better solution to deal with the defects in the traditional manual monitoring and improves the safety monitoring level for the belt conveyor transportation devices.
