气体保护焊焊接技术在特高压电网建设工程中的应用

摘    要:焊接是现代制造工程当中必不可少的一项金属加工技术,近二十年我国电力事业快速发展,伴随超高压线路逐渐普及及特高压线路的推广,使得角钢塔、钢管塔得到了广泛应用。焊接技术这种金属加工方式对于保证输电铁塔的质量起到的作用不容忽视,二氧化碳气体保护焊是目前电网钢结构中应用最为广泛的一种金属焊接加工方法,本文主要介绍了使用二氧化碳气体保护焊应用到特高压钢管塔焊接时相应的焊接加工工艺,从而在特高压电网建设工程中更好推广这种焊接方法。

Abstract:Modem manufacturing engineering,welding is an essential metal processingtechnology. Nearly twenty years of China's power industry rapid development, with the gradual popularization of EHV and UHV line extension ,the angle steel tower, steel tower has been widely applied. Welding technology of this metal processing methods to ensure the quality of transmission tower plays a role can not be ignored, carbon dioxide gas shielded welding current grid steel structure is one of the most widely used welding method, this paper introduces the use of C02 gas shielded arc welding applied to UHV steel pipe tower welding the welding process ,the ,in order to achieve better business to promote this tower welding method and purpose.
