摘    要:为了满足磁场测试仪外壳4个塑件同步成套注射成型的需要,设计了一副1模4腔家族注塑模.4个腔的浇口都采用矩形浇口,截面积优化配置为12:12:3:1.为了解决塑件型腔侧倒扣的脱模,设计了拉杆驱动式定模滑块抽芯机构和弹簧顶出式定模斜顶机构.在弹簧顶出式定模斜顶机构中,采用弹簧驱动定模斜顶实施顶出,并由动模板驱动定模复位杆进...

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of synchronous injection molding for four plastic parts of the magnetic field tester shell,a family injection mold including one mold with four cavities was designed.Rectangular gate was used in all the four cavities,and the optimal cross-sectional area is 12∶12∶3∶1.In order to solve the demoulding of the undercut on the cavity side of the plastic part,the pull rod driven fixed-mold slider core pulling mechanism and the spring ejection type fixed-mold slanted ejecting mechanism were designed.In the spring ejection type fixed-mold slanted ejecting mechanism,the spring was used to drive the slanted ejector to carry out the ejection,and the moving-plate drives the fixed-mold reset rod to reset,the ejection demoulding effect is good.In order to solve the forming and demoulding of the side hole of plastic parts,a“universal”slanted ejector mechanism was designed,the structure of the mechanism is simple,which can effectively ensure the strength of the small slanted ejector,and reduce the processing and assembly difficulties of the components.The mold adopts two plate mold structure,with two parting opening actions and one ejection action.
