非保温植物油油罐油温变化规律探讨

对非保温植物油油罐油温变化规律进行探讨。在立式拱顶非保温植物油油罐内安装多点测温系统,通过对采集的温度数据进行分析,研究不同季节环境下油罐不同位置的油温变化情况,探讨油温变化的规律。结果表明:同一水平方向上,油温的差异较小,油温差异主要体现在垂直方向;外界环境通过罐体对油温产生影响的程度依次是罐底罐壁罐顶。

Oil temperature variation of non-thermal insulation vegetable oil tank

Oil temperature variation of non-thermal insulation vegetable oil tank was discussed. The multi-point temperature measurement system was installed in the vertical dome non-thermal insulation vegetable oil tank, and the oil temperature datas were analyzed to study the oil temperature changes in different position of tank in different seasons and the change rule of oil temperature. The results showed that in the same horizontal direction, the difference of oil temperature was small and was mainly reflected in the vertical direction; the influence of the external environment on the oil temperature by tank bottom plate was the greatest, followed by tank wall plate and tankhead.
