粉末冶金法和金属熔渗法制备金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的研究现状和发展趋势及其应用

摘    要:金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料由于具有很多优秀的性能而被广泛应用在工程领域中,本文主要介绍金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的制备方法是粉末冶金法和金属熔渗法,主要包括粉末冶金法,自蔓延高温合成法,金属熔体熔融渗透法,原位合成法。其中粉末冶金法又包括热压烧结工艺,常压烧结工艺,放电等离子烧结工艺,热等静压烧结工艺,热压反应烧结工艺等。并对这些制备技术的原理和发展现状进行评述,并对这些制备方法在研究和生产中的应用进行介绍,并对金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的研究现状和发展趋势进行评述。并对金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料制备技术的研究发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:The intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites have many excellent properties and applied in the engineering fields. In this paper, the fabrication process of the intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites were introduced, the fabrication process included powders metallurgy process and metal melt infiltration process, the fabrication process of intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites included: powders metallurgy technology, high temperature self-propagation synthesis, metal melt infiltration process and in-situ reaction synthesis process. The powders metallurgy process included hot-pressing process, pressureless sintering process, spark plasma sintering process, hot iso-static pressing process and hot-pressing reactive sintering process. The theories and development of these fabrication processes were introduced and discussed. The research and application of these preparation processes were introduced. The research status and development trend of the intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites were introduced. The further development on the preparation technology of the intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites was also prospected.
