摘    要:通过添加植物油及吐温作为高山被孢霉合成油脂的前体物质,分别考察了不同前体物质的添加对菌体的生物量、油脂含量、油脂产量及所得油脂中各脂肪酸组分的影响。实验结果显示:添加植物油作为前体不但可以提高菌体中油脂含量,而且会使油脂中花生四烯酸的产量得到大幅度提高,其中加入菜籽油、亚麻籽油及大豆油为前体时,花生四烯酸的产量分别达到了2 063.2、2 062.8 mg/L及2 192.9 mg/L,比对照组提高了112.72%、112.68%及126.10%;而以吐温80为前体时,虽然菌体的油脂产量有所降低,但油脂中花生四烯酸的产量比对照组提高了79.91%,达到了1 744.9 mg/L。

Abstract:The effects of different precursors on the biomass, the content, productivity and fatty acid components of Mortierella alpine oil were investigated by adding different kinds of vegetable oils and tween as the precursors of Mortierella alpine to produce oil. The results indicated that both the oil content and the productivity of arachidonic acid increased by adding vegetable oil as precursor. When rapeseed oil, linseed oil and soybean oil were added as precursors, the productivity of arachidonic acid reached 2 063.2, 2 062.8 mg/L and 2 192.9 mg/L, increasing by 112.72%,112.68% and 126.10% compared with the control group. When Tween 80 was used as the precursor, the productivity of Mortierella alpine oil decreased, while the productivity of arachidonic acid reached 1 744.9 mg/L, increasing by 79.91% compared with the control group.
