微波辐射对甲苯磺酸催化合成肉桂酸异丁酯

摘    要:研究了在微波辐射下,用对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,快速合成肉桂酸异丁酯,探讨了影响反应的相关因素。最佳反应条件为:微波功率465 W,催化剂0.45 g,微波辐射时间为9 m in,醇酸的量比为1∶8,转化率可达到94.2%。

Abstract:Isobutyl cinnamate was synthesized by the catalysis of p-toluene sulphonic acid under microwave radiation.Effects on the reaction such as amount of catalyst,microwave power,radiation time and molar ratio of alcohol to acid were studied,and the optimal condition was chosen as follows:microwave power of 465W,molar ratio of alcohol to acid of 10∶1,catalyst amount of 0.45g,irradiation time of 9min,with the yield of 94.2%.
