硅粉流化床中颗粒浓度信号非线性分析

摘    要:以硅粉为原料,空气为介质,采用PV4A型颗粒测试仪测定了φ150mm×1000mm的有机玻璃管流化床中不同轴/径向位置处颗粒浓度波动信号.利用小波分析对颗粒浓度信号进行多尺度能量分析,并确定最佳小波函数和分解尺度,考察了不同尺度下信号能量分率随操作条件的变化.

Abstract:In this paper,silicon powder as raw material and air as media,particle concentration fluctuations signal are measured by PV4A particles velocity analyzer at different operation conditions in gas-solid fluidized bed with 150mm diameter in the experiment.The particle concentration signals were processed multi-scale energy analysis by wavelet analysis,its best-scale wavelet function and decomposition were determined and the changes of energy percentage with the operation cnditions at different scales were stud...
