摘    要:钢丝捻制成绞线后 1%伸长应力损失较大 ,三峡送电工程大截面导线用 1× 7- 9.0 6mm钢绞线较难达到的指标是绞后钢丝 1%伸长应力。改进钢丝镀锌工艺能有效提高绞前钢丝 1%伸长应力 ,再将绞线回火处理可提高绞后钢丝 1%伸长应力 ,最终得到综合性能优良的钢绞线

Abstract:The stress loses much when the stranded wire is elongated up to 1%.It's difficult for 1×7-9.06?mm strand used as large section conducting wire in Sanxia power transportation to achieve satisfied 1% elongation stress of the stranded wire.Galvanizing technology is improved to raise 1% elongation stress of the wire before stranding,then the strand is tempered to raise that of stranded wire,and qualified strand will be produced finally.
