| 摘 要： | 部分职校毕业生的择业观与市场经济体制不相适应，造成了就业难的问题。加强就业指导工作中的思想政治教育，能充分发挥思想政治工作的优势，将严重影响毕业生顺利就业的不利因素化解于无形之中。就业指导应与德育工作、学科教育、心理健康教育相结合，同时应重视学生家长的积极作用。

| Abstract: | Some vocational school graduates hold job choice opinions that are not adapted to market economy system.This results in difficult employment.Enhancing mental and political education in employment guidance can bring the advantages of mental and political work into full play and resolve disadvantageous factors that seriously influence graduates' employment.Employment guidance should be combined with work in moral education,discipline education,mental health education as well as parents' positive role. |
