摘    要:论述工作辊消耗高的原因、改进措施及实施效果,通过优化工作辊材质和硬度,改进操作,提高磨削质量,优化辊型设计和完善轧辊的无损检测,保证轧辊使用安全,最终达到保证正常生产、提高产品质量、降低生产成本的目的。

Abstract:This paper mainly expatiates on various aspects of causes, of high work roll wear, corrective measures and their implementing effects. By optimizing the material and hardness of work rolls, improving their usage, enhancing the grinding quality,optimlzing roll profile design and improving the nondestructive detection and ensuring operation safety, normal production, product quality and lower production cost have been finally maintained.
