石墨电极电火花加工工艺与电火花机床的适应性研究

摘    要:通过正交实验,讨论电火花机床对石墨电极电加工的影响,并分析了石墨电极电火花加工工艺与电火花机床的适应性,得出主轴性能影响放电加工的稳定性,脉冲电源可以提高加工速度,工作液可以提高加工表面质量和加工速度。

Abstract:There are many factors that can influence the EDM processability of graphite electrode. EDM machine tools will have direct effect on the loss of graphite electrode, the surface roughness and surface quality of work pieces. The orthogonal experiment was applied to analyze the effect of EDM machine tools on the graphite electrode electromachining. Then the adaptability between the graphite electrode electromachining technique and EDM machine tools was investigated.
