锻造压机和操作机的一体化控制的系统设计

摘    要:介绍了31.5MN锻造压机设备改造设计.改造中加装一台20t操作机,两台设备共用一套S7-300PLC控制系统,采用Profibus-DP现场总线结构,利用STEP7和S7-GRAPH进行程序开发,实现一体化控制.该系统降低了设备投资成本,简化了系统组成,达到省人省力、节约成本的目的.

Abstract:The transformed design of the 31.5MN forging press has been introduced.A 20-tons manipulator has been added to share one set of S7-300 PLC control system.By use of Profibus-DP field bus structure,STEP7 and S7-GRAPH which are for program development,the integrated control has been implemented.Thanks to the system,the investment cost for machine has been reduced and the composition of the system has been simplified,which saves a great deal of manpower and resource.
