摘    要:采用滴涂法制备了壳聚糖修饰电极,并分别用于Br^-和I^-的溶出伏安法测定.在酸性溶液中,壳聚糖分子中的-NH2发生质子化,对Br^-和I^-具有很强的吸附作用.本文利用该特性研究了溶出伏安法测定Br^-和I^-的最佳条件,并探讨了两种离子的电极过程机理.该法用于工业废水中溴和华素片中碘的含量的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:A novel stripping voltammetry was developed for the determination of Br~-and I~-,with a glassy carbon electrode modified with chitosan by dropcoating method as a working electrode.In low pH solution,the high sensitivity was based on adsorption between the protonated acetylamide groups of chitosan and halide ions.Choices of several optimal experimental parameters were discussed,and the mechanisms of two electrode reactions were studied.These methods were applied to detect bromide content in wastewater and iodide in cydiodine tablets,and the results are satisfactory.
