摘    要:本文阐述了在铀矿石浸出时生成钼的杂多酸的条件和在吸附铀时引起树脂中毒的情况。研究了树脂吸附磷钼杂多酸的机理。实验结果表明树脂以较慢的速度吸附12-磷钼杂多酸离子。由于该杂多酸离子较大,扩散速度慢,所以吸附在树脂上的磷钼杂多酸主要分布在树脂表层部。它们在树脂上占有交换基,并随着溶液的pH值(pH=1—4)增加,磷钼杂多酸的吸附量也增加。采用硫酸铵和氢氧化铵混合解吸剂可以有效地由树脂上解吸磷钼杂多酸。

Abstract:Th conditions of forming molybdophosphat during the 1 aching of uranium ore containing molybd num and phosphorus are described. The 17 mechanism of the molybdophosphate fouling of resin was studied.The experimental results show that 12-molybd.ophosphate is slowly adsorbed by anion exchange resin.Because of their bigger dimension and slower diffusion rate, these anions are essentially adsorbed on the surface of ion-exchange resin. They occupy the exchange sites and the adsorption of molybdophosphate on re'sin increases with the pH value of solution increasing. The molybdophosphate was effectively desorbent from resin by the mixed desorbent containing ammonium sulphat and ammonium hydroxide
