有机复配添加剂对锌电极电化学性能的影响

摘    要:介绍了一种高效有机复配添加剂ST,它由阴离子表面活性剂S和非离子表面活性剂T复配而成。通过析氢实验、极化曲线测试、放电实验、SEM等分析测试方法,研究了复配添加剂ST对锌电极电化学性能的影响,并对其作用机理进行了探讨。实验结果表明,S和T具有明显的协同作用,T的加入使S在锌电极表面上的饱和吸附浓度显著降低,并且吸附分布更加均匀。ST的添加,有效地降低了析氢量,抑制了锌电极的腐蚀;通过对锌电极表观形貌的改善,达到了延迟钝化的效果,显著提高了活性物质利用率。

Abstract:A new type of composite organic additive ST,which consisted of an anionic surfactant of S and a nonionic surfactant of T was prepared.The influence of composite organic additive ST on zinc electrode in alkaline solution was researched by methods of hydrogen evolution experiment,electrochemical experiment and SEM in this paper.The results showed that S and T have an obvious synergistic effect.The addition of T caused the remarkable reduce of saturated concentration of S absorption on zinc electrode and the distribution of absorption became more homogeneous.ST inhibited corrosion of zinc electrode and improved the discharge capacity.Through electrochemical morphological observation of anodic passivation behaviors of zinc electrode,the absorption of ST on electrode surface made discharged production much smaller and kept crude porous structure intact.Passivation of zinc electrode had been postponed.
