提高人才培养质量是高等教育改革和发展的出发点和归宿,高校扩招后,社会上对人才培养质量问题热切关注,如何实现规模、结构、质量、效益协调发展,越来越成为高校特别是教务部门重点研究、解决的课题.近年来,重庆工学院结合自身办学条件和长远发展的要求,充分挖掘潜力,坚持创新教育观念,紧紧围绕“扩招”和“质量”这两个主题开展各项工作,在提升质量意识、调整专业结构、优化师资队伍、完善课程体系、加强教学质量监控等方面取得了明显的成绩,探索了适合地方院校快速发展之路.

Taking Innovative Education View as Guidance to Improve Quality of Teaching and Education

The improvement in talent-cultivating quality is the start point and end-result of the reform and development of higher education.After the extension in enrollment of colleges and universities,talent quality becomes a public concern.Therefore,how to realize the harmonious development of scale,structure,quality,and benefit becomes the key subject for research and solution in colleges and universities,especially,in the teaching affairs departments.In recent years,Chongqing Institute of Technology has combined its own school-running conditions and long-term development plan to explore its potentials,to stick to innovative education views,to carry out its work around the two subjects of "extended enrollment" and "quality",has achieved prominent results in improvement of quality awareness,adjustment of course structure,optimization of teachers team,perfection of curriculum system,strengthening of teaching quality monitoring,etc.,and has explored a path suitable for the rapid development of local colleges and universities.
