改性粘土浆的基础理论研究

摘    要:探讨了改性粘土浆加促进剂前后的流变性能和浆液固结机理。认为浆液剪切稀释作用有利于注浆工程,改性粘土浆塑性强度主要受原浆浓度、促进剂和结构剂用量的影响,其流变性能和结石体的墙水性能明显优于水泥浆。

Abstract:The rheological properties of modified clay slurry before and after the addition of accelerant,as well as consolidation mechanism of the slurry are discussed in this paper.The analysis shows that shear-thinning effect of the slurry be beneficial to grouting engineering,the plastic strength of modified clay slurry is affected mainly by the thickness of original clay slurry,the contents of accelerant and structural additive,the rheological properties and water-plugging property of the modified clay slurry are obviously better than the one of cement slurry.
