| Abstract: | Artificial neural network(ANN) is widely applied to the complex systems modeling, and now it has become a useful modeling method in the study of materials science. In this paper, the applications of ANN in the study of materials, such as composition prediction, process design and optimization, damage prediction and failure detection and failure detection, are introduced. |
